How to Make Travel Arrangements -
Hotel accommodation requests must be made through NAA Travel to receive the NAA discounted rate. Simply complete the housing form and submit to NAA Travel by mail, fax or you may call NAA Travel at the phone number listed below. Hotel Reservation cutoff date is May 21, 2008.

Attendees registering for the Shoestring and Companion Rate packages do not need to submit the housing form to NAA Travel. For these packages, please submit Registration Form C.

DEPOSIT INSTRUCTIONS: Nashville hotels require a credit card guarantee. Deposits will be processed approximately three weeks prior to arrival. Check deposits should be made payable to Worldtek Travel and mailed to the above address. (Please review the important cancellation policy on the housing chart in this brochure for details on each hotel.)

CANCELLATIONS: PLEASE do not be a "NO-SHOW." Should you find that you cancel your plans to attend, remember to cancel your hotel reservation. All cancellations must be made with NAA Travel prior to June 27, 2008. NAA Travel will issue a cancellation number that you should record as proof of your cancellation. After June 27, 2008, all cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Please write down the name of the person you speak to and the cancellation number. Save this for future reference.

CONFIRMATION NUMBER: Hotel confirmation numbers are not available from NAA Travel. Should you require a hotel confirmation number, you may call your hotel five days or less prior to arrival to obtain it.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Each room reservation will be acknowledged in writing by NAA Travel. Please allow three weeks. It is very important that you do the following upon receipt of this acknowledgement:

1. Check the arrival and departure date for accuracy.
2. Check the confirmed hotel and room type listed (single, double, etc.)
3. Review the hotel's cancellation/refund policy.
4. Some hotels impose early check-out and change penalties.
5. Please refer to your confirmation for details and inquire at check-in about any penalties.

IMPORTANT: Do not travel to Nashville without a written acknowledgement from NAA Travel. If you do not receive your acknowledgement from NAA Travel, call NAA Travel at 877-363-9378. Please review all details for accuracy. Please note all deposit, cancellation and change policies.

CUT-OFF DATE FOR RESERVATIONS AND CHANGES: The established hotel cut-off date is on or before May 21, 2008.Submit your hotel request EARLY to better ensure that you receive your preferred hotel selection. Your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to a one-night stay approximately 3 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Reservations and changes will be accepted on a space available basis only. Conference rates are subject to change at anytime until you have booked your hotel reservation.

NAA Travel will research all routes and airlines into Nashville, Tennessee, to obtain the least expensive and most convenient flight times for you. By simply purchasing tickets through NAA Travel, conference attendees will receive substantial savings over regularly published airfares on Continental, American and Midwest, the official carriers for this year's conference. The airline discount file numbers can be obtained by calling NAA Travel to qualify for these special discounts. Call NAA Travel directly at 877-363-9378 to make your reservations. NAA Travel is available from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., EST, Monday through Friday. In cases of emergencies, that number is also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

NAA Travel is a travel service available to all NAA members as a support tool for making travel reservations. NAA Travel has arranged airline contracts for the purpose of lowering Nashville airfares for NAA membership on Midwest Airlines, Continental Airlines and American Airlines.

Avis is the official car rental company for NAA's conference and show. To take advantage of these special discounted rates, contact NAA Travel at 877-363-9378 and use reference number T819999. You may call NAA Travel from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST and they will confirm your car rental.

*The above rates are guaranteed. Return to the same renting location or additional surcharges may apply. All rates include unlimited free mileage.

*Weekend daily rates are available from noon Thursday - Monday at 11:59 p.m. (vehicle must be checked out by 3:00 p.m. Sunday).

*Should a lower qualifying rate become available at the time of booking, Avis is pleased to offer a 5% discount off the lower qualifying rate or the meeting rate, whichever is lowest.
