Q: How can I register for a class?
A: You may mail or fax in your registration, or register on-line.
Q: Do I have to take the AARE and GPPA classes in order?
A: Yes, you must. AARE 100 is a prerequisite for AARE 200. AARE 200 is a prerequisite for AARE 300. GPPA 101 is a prerequisite for GPPA 201.
Q: After I send in my designation report, how long will it be before I know if I have received the designation?
A: Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for evaluation of reports.
Q: How do I get a copy of my CEs?
A: Subscribers to the NAA Learning Center may print CE certificates online. If you do not subscribe to the Learning Center, please call 913-541-8084 ext. 28.
Q: I would like to teach classes for NAA. To whom should I speak?
A: Call the NAA Director of Education at 913-541-8084 ext. 19.
Q: Do I have to be a member of NAA to take a class?
A: You do not need to be an NAA member to take a class, however classes do have specific enrollment and designation requirements. Please refer to each class' specific requirements for detailed information.
Q: How do I find out where a class is being held?
A: Check the event schedule online or call the NAA Education Institute at 913-541-8084 ext. 23 or 28 for information.
Q: How often is each class scheduled?
A: Classes are held throughout the United States 3 to 4 times each year.
Q: Do designation holders receive any benefits from NAA?
A: Yes, designation holders receive email alerts on industry-related topics, drastically reduced class tuition to audit courses, and discounted course materials.
